At Afrika Selective Art, each artwork and handcrafted piece is carefully curated to create a unique emotional and personal connection between the collector and the artist’s work.

By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges that the decision to acquire the artwork is based on personal appreciation, emotional resonance, aesthetic preference, and individual connection established at the time of purchase.

Due to the unique, collectible, and often one-of-a-kind nature of our artworks and handcrafted items, all sales are considered final. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or subjective dissatisfaction after purchase.

We encourage all customers to carefully review artwork descriptions, dimensions, materials, and images before completing their purchase.

This policy does not affect any rights a customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws relating to damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied items.
